Framing and presentation

I have worked very hard to get 32 paintings and drawings ready for the exhibition that is currently running at Old Gala House, Pringle Gallery in Galashiels.  The exhibition finishes Tuesday 31st October.  This exhibition is titled, "Ghost Country" and this series of work came out of the title for the show.  My palette was greeny blues and pale colours before I selected a title which a fb artist friend suggested.  I am now sticking with this palette and am hoping to start on my next project using sketchbooks, collage, and experimenting with other new media. I am going on a small tour of the Scottish Borders revisiting and reinterpreting where JMW Turner worked from. This project will start in January as I have a reclaimed wooden home decor business and this time of year is very busy so will only be working in my sketchbook this next several weeks.
