Drawing
Good Morning.
I am a morning person I do most of my work between 6.30 - 12.00 noon and then I go and make for my handmade home decor business www.facebook.com/kittiwakedesign.handmade and if you want to see what I make please go take a look at my folksy shop at www.folksy.com/shops/kittiwakedesign. I also take my dog Murphy for walks by the river Tweed and wander up the hills.
Today is such a sunny bright day in the Scottish Borders I have already got my washing out on the line drying and then went up to my studio and got on with drawing in my sketchbook and also on cartridge paper. This morning I have used charcoal, compressed charcoal, chalk, soft pastels and a putty rubber. Here are the results below. I am concentrating on the drawing and painting and using a tonal, monochromatic palette so as not to get in a muddle with colours!!!
